The Trust has independent trustees, expert administrators, and representation from both the High School and Junior School’s governing bodies. It works closely with the Headmasters of SACS Junior; Mr Gary Skeeles and SACS High; Mr Brendan Grant, for the promotion and furtherance of each school’s development goals and needs.

The Trust is a registered Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) set out in terms of Section 30 of the South African Income Tax Act. Donations made to the Trust are tax-deductible as per Section 18A of the Act.

The Trust is also working hard to create efficient channels to receive contributions from donors outside of South Africa.
